Abstract:
The ability of clinical nursing information is a comprehensive ability of knowledge, technology and attitude expressed in various nursing information activities,which match the capability of nursing practice.Most clinical nursing workers have not been trained by systematic nursing information course,so their ability of nursing information is weak.This research bases on the macro background of China′s current nursing information driven development and national and international clinical nurse′s nursing information competency development status has been reviewed.Through comparative analysis on national and international differences of clinical nurse′s nursing information ability,we put forward the countermeasures of our country clinical nurses nursing information competency development,so as to build up Chinese characteristics of nursing information system and provide a theoretical basis.
