Abstract:
This article introduced the concept and research progress of resilience,reviewed the status of research and application of psychological resilience intervention,and also proposed some suggestions on the cultivation of psychological resilience of nurses in China,in order to provide reference for the development of psychological resilience intervention program for nurses in China.
