Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effects of evidence-based nursing on the functional training compliance and postoperative recovery effect in patients with breast cancer. Methods The study investigated 1 20 patients after breast cancer operation and the participants were divided into the intervention group (n =60)and the control group (n =60)using random number table according to patients′medical record numbers.Based on the functional training of the upper limb, the control group received routine care and the intervention group received evidence-based nursing care. The quality of nursing, patients′compliance and recovery effects were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance and qualified rate were 93.3% (56 /60)and 91 .7%(55 /60)in the intervention group, which were better than those in the control group [83.3%(50 /60),80.0%(48 /60)],but there′s no statistically significant differences (P >0.05 ). The scores of nursing quality and motor function were (92.7 ±2.6)and (63.1 ±4.3),which were significantly higher than that of the control group [(84.4 ±5.2),(48.5 ±3.7)](P <0.05).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing is a scientific and widely used method that can significantly improve the nursing quality and patients′compliance.
