Abstract:
Objective To retrospect the nosocomial transportation status of postoperative critical patients, summarize the complications, explore the problems of patient′s handover,so as to provide new thinking of guaranteeing nursing safety quality. Methods By clinical multicentric retrospective study method,1 625 cases of critical patients′nosocomial transportation status were analyzed in two hospitals, and the complications and handover were paid attention to count. Results During transportation, the incidence of complications were 56 cases with 3.4%,and inefficient handover was 39 cases with 2.4% in the ward;99.8%of patients can be transferred on time, but 0.2% of them delayed to transfer. Conclusions The operation is complicated in Neurosurgery Department and Department of Chest Surgery, but has strong influencing on patient′s nerve, circulatory and respiratory system which may find out the risk factors of complications. Thus, the nursing safety management of nosomial transportation must be paid attention to including effective doctor-nurse-patient information communication, sufficient risk assessment, necessary technique support and standard transportation process and handover regulation,in order to ensure nursing safety quality.
