Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influences of personalized nursing on blood sugar control and pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) patients.Methods A total of 300 cases of GDM were randomly divided into control group and study group , 150 cases in each group .Patients of control group received routine nursing care and patients of study group received personalized nursing intervention .Blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcome were compared .Results Effective blood glucose control rate in study group was 86.0%, significantly higher than that in control group (65.3%)(P<0.05).The pregnancy occurrences of hypertension syndrome, fetal distress, cesarean section and polyhydramnios , hypoglycemia, macrosomia and jaundice in study group were significantly less than control group (P <0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing can effectively adjust blood glucose level in patients with GDM and improve the quality of pregnancy which is worthy the clinical promotion .
