Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of self-efficacy nursing interventions on life-quality of lung cancer patients .Methods A total of 120 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 60 patients respectively .Patients in both groups were performed lobectomia pulmonalis following by routine nursing .The patients of treatment group received self-efficacy based nursing interventions including psychological intervention , functional training and knowledge education .The change of lung function , self-efficacy and life-quality between two groups were investigated .Results The value of maximum minute ventilation(MVV), forced vital capacity (FVC)and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1)at day 3 and 7 post-lobectomia pulmonalis in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-management and life-quality of patients in the treatment group were higher after interventions comparing with patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting self-efficacy based nursing interventions in lung cancer patients facilitates the formation of healthy behavior and improves life -quality through enhancing lung function and self-management .
