Abstract:
To summarize the nursing intervention of the post-operative wound infection of two neonates with sacrococcygeal teratoma .The concept of wet healing was employed .The usage of the most appropriate dressing combined with appropriate antibiotic ,pain management,tubing nursing, baby′s position, skin care and sufficient nurtrition were the key of recovery .The two cases were both discharged satisfactorily .
