Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on the treatment ofⅡ-degree burn, so as to summarize more effective clinical nursing methods for burn. Methods By convenience sampling method, 180 patients with Ⅱ-degree burn admitted from January 2014 to June 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, each with 90 cases. The patients of control group were treated with routine nursing, while the patients of observation group were given extra cognitive behavioral intervention. Clinical therapeutic effects and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Pain rating score, two-week-later wound healing rate and average wound healing time of patients in observation group were superior to that of control group (P<0. 05); total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, while incidence of complications was lower (P <0. 05). Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively improve treatment effects for burn patients, lower pain degree, shorten healing time and increase wound healing rate.
