Abstract:
Immunotherapy modulates immune response and corrects cancer-immune cycle, controlling the tumors persistently. With the development of clinical and pre-clinical research, immunotherapy is reshaping the landscape of systematic treatment on breast cancer. However, numerous unknowns and challenges persist. This review aims to comprehensively overview the latest research progress in immunotherapy of breast cancer from mechanistic and clinical efficacy perspectives, as well as to summarize unresolved issues, offering new avenues for precision treatment of breast cancer.
