Abstract:
The secondary prevention of coronary heart disease is one of the fundamental strategies of preventing and controlling coronary heart disease, and its effectiveness and necessity have been widely demonstrated. However, the clinical practice is incompatible with the guideline, and patients′ compliance is unsatisfactory because clinical medical members pay more attention to the rescue and treatment of cardiovascular disease after acute onset rather than the prevention and rehabilitation. Thus, a deep understanding of the compliance of secondary prevention for coronary heart disease needs to be focused, in order to identify the influence factors and come up with effective strategies. This paper aims to conclude the evidences of improving patients′ compliance according to literature review and to guide the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in clinical practice.
