Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of music therapy on rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with motor aphasia. Methods A total of 66 stroke patients with motor aphasia (match criteria) were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. For the observation group, besides linguistic training, an 8-week music intervention were performed. Before and after the intervention, deficit degree of the patients′linguistic function and neurologic function were respectively evaluated by the Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE) and scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients. Results Compared with the control group, rate of correct answers in the observation group was higher in listening-understanding, repeating, speaking, loud-reading and book-reading (P<0. 05); score of neurologic deficit in the observation group was also statistically significant compared with that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions Music therapy can promote rehabilitation effects of the stroke patients with motor aphasia.
