Abstract:
Objective To explore the main pressure sources of standardized training nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital and propose some solutions. Methods Phenomenological method with in-depth interview was used to explore the experience of the stress in 12 standardized training nurses and the information was collected, induced, analyzed, finally refined topics. Results Nature of work, Professional knowledge and skills, examination, interpersonal relationship were the main pressure sources of standardized training nurses. Conclusions Standardized training nurses have great pressure at work, so nurses and hospital managers should explore the rational way to relieve the pressure of work together to promote physical and mental health of standardized training nurses, in order to provide better service for patients.
