Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of scene demonstration on rehabilitation of patients with epidemic encephalitis b. Methods 32 cases patients with epidemic encephalitis b conform to the standard in July 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital hospitalization were selected as the observation group, 33 cases patients with epidemic encephalitis b conform to the standard in January 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital hospitalization were selected as the control group. Control group routine nursing, the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing, the scene to demonstrate nursing intervention, intervention in two groups were compared after children Gesell scoring, nerve function defect score and the effect of rehabilitation. Results The two groups before intervention in language, should be to, action can and should be four aspects of score difference had no statistical significance (P>0. 05);Intervention for 3 months after Gesell score in observation group and control group were higher than before the intervention, the difference had statistical significance ( P<0. 05), Gesell score of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Intervention group after neural function defect scale for children was (2. 1 ± 0.6), the control group was (8.6 ±1.0), the difference was statistically significant (t=4.689, P<0.01). Intervention after 3 months observation group 1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 96. 9%, the control group with 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 75. 8%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6. 985,P <0. 05). Conclusions The scene demonstration of rehabilitation training for children with epidemic encephalitis b, can improve children′s interest in rehabilitation training, improve the ability of parents to help children rehabilitation training, fast recovery with various functions.
