Abstract: Objective To establish multicultural nursing health education program for coronary disease patients based on Delphi technique. Methods By referring to document literatures, conducting semi-structured interviews and clinical pre-survey on patients, the frame contents of multicultural nursing health education program for coronary disease patients were preliminarily established. Delphi technique was used two-round consultation of 17 experts. Results After the two-round consultation, the active coefficient of experts was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0. 840 ( >0. 7). It was finally determined that in the multicultural nursing health education program, 10 first-class indexes, 34 second-class indexes and 96 third-class indexes were included. Conclusions The research result is reliable and scientific. The program established is innovative and practicable, which may provide basis and references for performing health education that is both individualized and consistent with the proper culture for coronary disease patients.
