Abstract:
An effective self-management has been one significant strategy to control the occurrence and development of chronic heart failure. Self-management is out-of-balance in different countries, that the developed countries have been established a mature self-management model and peer support is an important method. This research will review the research progress of chronic heart failure peer support and put forward suggestions, in order to provide strategy for a better chronic self-management.
