Abstract:
Objective To explore the status quo of evidence-based practice nursing among nurse specialist in operating rooms in level three class A hospitals in Harbin, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to a total of 143 professional nurses in operating rooms of 6 level three class A hospitals in Harbin with “evidence-based practice knowledge, attitude, behavior” questionnaire, and influences of population sociology features on their nursing ability was analyzed. Results For all the nurse specialist in operating rooms, total score of evidence-based nursing practice, attitude and skill was (122. 82 ± 18. 67), with average score of each item (5. 08 ± 1. 38). The highest dimension score was attitude. Educational background and working years in operating rooms were influencing factors of evidence-based nursing on nurse specialist in operating rooms(P <0. 01). Conclusions Generally, the evidence-based nursing among nurse specialist in operating rooms of level three class A hospitals in Harbin stay in medium level and still needs to be improved. The evidence-based nursing among nurse specialist in operating rooms is influenced by various factors. Nursing managers and trainers should take effective measures to improve the evidence-based nursing ability among nurse specialist in operating rooms.
