Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of personalized nursing mode on the perioperative physiological stress and satisfaction of patients in the Department of Urology. Methods According to the ID number, 150 urologic patients were divided into control group and observation group, each of group 75 cases. The patients in the control group accepted routine nursing care in the Department of Urology, while the observation group patients in nursing process implemented the personalized nursing mode in perioperative period. Perioperative physiological stress (body temperature, heart rate, systolic blood pressure), postoperative pain score, anxiety and depression scores, complications and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results Before and during surgery, the observation group′s systolic blood pressure, heart rate were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), but during surgery, the body temperature, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, in the observation group do not change obviously compared with those before the surgery (P >0. 05). Observation group′s pain score was [(4. 7 ± 2. 6) min], which was lower than that of the control group ( t =2. 545, P<0.05), while psychological circumstances score [(75.5 ±3.7)min], and satisfaction scores [(88.6 ± 2. 4) min] were higher compared with those of the control group ( t = 2. 668, 2. 773; P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions The concept of personalized nursing mode meets the requirements of perioperative period in patients undergoing operation in Department of Urology, which can stabilize the indications of perioperative life, reduce the pain sensitivity, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
