Curative effects observation of extracting blister fluid combined with wiping ointments nursing for bullous pemphigoid treatment

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effects of patients with Bullous Pemphigoid by improved extracting blister fluid and wiping ointments nursing. Methods A total of 28 patients were randomly divided into observational group (n=14) and control group (n=14). All the patients were treated with common therapy. For patients in the observational group, they used improved extracting blister fluid combined with wiping ointments nursing, while patients of the control group underwent extracting blister fluid combined with wiping ointments by themselves. The curative effects were compared between two groups. Results The period of no new blisters, periods of blisters drying and reducing incretion to half amount in observation group were shorter than these in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions Therapy of extracting blister fluid combined with wiping ointments nursing can promote the blister to heal, relieve pain, reduce incidence of infection and length of disease progress.
