The times of excise each week and the amount of water in-taking each day were important protective factors from sub-health, but the length of working experience as nurse, occupational title, life stress, family stress, degree of tense relationship with colleagues and work overtime were risk factors. Conclusions Nursing staffs maintain a high level of sub-health in Changchun class A grade three hospitals, which indicates the status of nursing staffs is pessimistic for their healthy status.
