Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of double-cooperative-people group with severe burn in emergency operation. Methods Twelve emergency surgery nurses as the observation group were divided into 6 groups with 1 operating nurse and 1 auxiliary nurse in each group, in which formulated the cooperation scheme and carried out scene training for 3 months. The method launched from January 2014. We also chose 14 ordinary surgery nurses as the control group, and we compared the core ability, operation efficiency and the nursing quality. Results After the implementation of double-cooperative-people group, the nurses′ core ability were significantly different with before [(90. 40 ± 5. 58) vs (74. 20 ± 7. 92)], and also higher than that of the control group [(90. 40 ± 5. 58) vs (78. 33 ± 6. 18)] (t= -8. 367, 5. 189;P<0. 05);waited operation-time, preoperative preparation-time, and operation time were significantly shorter than before ( t =2. 883, 3. 216,-2. 946; P<0. 05);the nursing quality was significantly different with before [(12. 77 ± 5. 44) vs (25. 27 ± 6. 36)] (t= -2. 814,P<0. 05). Conclusions Application of double-cooperative-people group can enhance nurses′core ability and burn operation efficiency to guarantee the nursing quality of operation.
