Abstract:
Objective To construct a evaluation system of nursing quality in order to improve the quality of clinical care. Methods Based on the structure-result-assessment model, Delphi expert consultation, Lynn scores, boundary value and AHP were used to select and weight items. Results The evaluation system contained 3 first level items, 12 secondary items and 9 third level items, and the importance of indicators, expert content validity and weight analysis results were acceptable. Conclusions The evaluation system provides a scientific guidance for comprehensive evaluating and improving the quality of clinical care.
