Abstract:
Objective To observe and investigate the effect of acute pain management team in the painless treatment of patients during the perioperative period of hand surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients from December 2013 to April 2014 who were undergoing hand surgery were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group ( routine pain intervention nursing group) with 45 cases and observation group ( acute pain management team intervention group ) with 45 cases. The pain evaluation results, pain control and prevention awareness and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups before the intervention and after the intervention (before the operation, at 12, 24, 48 h and 72 h after the operation) were respectively analyzed and compared. Results The mild pain rates of the observation group before the operation, at 12, 24, 48 h and 72 h after the operation were 31. 11%, 31. 11%, 31. 11%, 48. 89, 66. 67%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (χ2 =5. 789,5. 789,7. 169, 7. 246, 7. 513, respectively;P<0. 05). The satisfaction rates of pain nursing effect, nursing attitude, health education and basic nursing were 100% of the observation group. Those rate of the control group were 84. 44%, 88. 89%, 88. 89%, 91. 11%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the observation group (χ2 =6. 982, 5. 463, 6. 427, 6. 547, respectively;P<0. 05). Conclusions The effect of acute pain management team in the painless treatment of patients during the perioperative period of hand surgery is better, and it is helpful for increasing the pain awareness and reducing the pain degree of patients.
