Abstract:
Objective To explore the investigation of current self-management and influencing factors for patients with first percutaneous coronary artery stent implementation ( PCI ) . Methods Behavior self-management questionnaire of coronary disease and general information scale were used in 140 patients within a week after first time of PCI, and all data was analyzed by two independent samples t test, single factor analysis of variance and multiple liner regression analysis. Results Total score of self-management after first PCI was (73. 11 ± 14. 81), with a scoring average of 54. 16%. Patient′s self-management was affected by following factors including age, occupation, education smoking, and so on. Conclusions Patient′s self-management after PCI remains at low to medium level and was influenced by multiple factors. Nursing staffs should strengthen patients and relative′s health education, make out countermeasure for self-management health education, especially for the long term cornerstone of postoperative self-management.
