Abstract:
Objective To explore the storage life and cost analysis of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution in 42℃ conveuse. Methods A total of 80 bottles of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution had been selected as research sampling, and the SAS 9. 2 were used to randomly divide them into control group (put sampling in clean laminar flow operation room at room temperature) and experimental group ( put in 42℃ conveuse) on average. Eight bottles of each group were took out for the number of colony examination after germiculture and the change of pH value ( at the beginning of 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks experiment) . Basis on the previous experiment, we selected 12 operating room and randomly divided into A group and B group on average. A conveuse provided warm 0. 9% sodium chloride solution, which had three days storage life in A group, but B conveuse offered warm 0. 9% sodium chloride solution of 4 weeks storage life. Results The results of germiculture were negative in both group. The 5 time point of pH values were (6. 35 ± 0. 29), (6. 32 ± 0. 04), (6. 23 ± 0. 20), (6. 29 ± 0. 35), (6. 36 ± 0. 32) at the control group, while these of experimental group were (6.37 ±0.42), (6.31 ±0.11), (6.39 ±0.21), (6.42 ±0.45), (6.60 ±0.32)and at the same time point the pH value of two groups had no statistical significance (t=0. 110 8, 0. 241 7, 1. 561 0, 0. 645 0, 2. 111 0;P>0. 05). Compared with A group-consumed (2 761 ± 118) bottles, cost (11 042 ± 470) Yuan, B group consumed (1 466 ± 205) bottles and cost (5 862 ± 820) Yuan with statistical significance between two groups (t=13.41;P<0.01).Conclusions Thepreservationof0.9% sodiumchloridesolutionin42℃ conveusecan be maintained 4 weeks and reduced cost by the decreasing the number of usage, and the testing norm is accord with the acquirement of pharmacopeia.
