Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing efficacy of robotic transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site renal cyst decortication. Methods Based on the nursing cooperation of 7 patients undergoing robotic transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site renal cyst decortication, we managed preoperative train, items preparation, bedside mechanical arm system arrangement, cooperation of operation and perioperative devices. Results All the operation of 7 cases were successfully performed, and the nursing cooperation was favorable. Conclusions We well know about the structure, characteristic, procedures and application of the equipment of Robotic Laparoendoscopic Single-Site, combine with the intraoperative communication. All of them play critical roles on the success of the procedure.
