Abstract:
Objective To explore the rehabilitation quality of family collaborative nursing in patients with Alzheimer′s disease (AD) combined stroke. Methods A total of 52 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The patients of control group used routine nursing, while patients in the intervention group adopted family collaborative nursing. We compared the differences on mental state, activity of daily living and health situation between before and after intervention. Results After implementing family collaborative nursing, the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score was (19. 3 ± 3. 2), Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score was (11. 6 ± 4. 5), comprehensive score in Short Form Health Status Scale (SF-36) was (527. 1 ± 24. 6) in the intervention group were different from the scores of control group (t = 3. 366,2. 139, 10. 489, respectively; P < 0. 05). Conclusions Family collaborative nursing can improve mental state, ADL and health situation of Alzheimer′s disease combined stroke patients, delay the disease progression, and enhance the quality of life of the patients.
