Abstract:
Objective To comprehend the length of antibacterial agent transfusion in clinical and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Sixteen medical and surgical wards were selected by cluster sampling method in Peking University Third Hospital, and the top three antibacterial agents from nursing information system were chosen, the length of transfusion was acquired and the information of nurses were analyzed. Results The percent of standard length of antibacterial agent transfusion was 92. 10% , and the lowest five rate of non-standard drug transfusion included Cefmetazole (72. 72% ), Metronidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection (72. 72% ), Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Choride Injection (75. 00% ), Ceftazidime (76. 47% ) and Vancomycin Hydrochloride Enzeme (85. 00% ). The different departments of nurses and antibacterial agent impacted the rate of standard transfusion (χ2 = 44. 872, 138. 524,respectively;P < 0. 05), they also affected the percent of standard length of antibacterial agent transfusion (F = 8. 009, 18. 639,respectively;P < 0. 05). Conclusions The standard rate of antibacterial agent should be improved, training of nursing and management of manager should be strengthened for low standard rate of medicine and departments.
