Abstract:
Objective To analyze the common diseases in elderly patients with security risks in Nephrology, and to make clear the role of targeted nursing .Methods Seventy-three patients treated in renal medicine in our hospital were chose as the research objects .All patients were randomly divided into control group , with 36 cases, and observation group , with 37 cases.The control group was given symptomatic treatment , while observation group was given a targeted nursing method on the basis of the patients′condition.The recovery condition of the two groups after one week′s treatment was compared .Results The effect rate was 94.6% of observation group, and 88.9%of the control group, there was statistical significance between the two groups (Z=29.14,P<0.01).6 patients in observation group had infection, 16 patients had swelling.Those numbers of patients in the control group were 14 and 24.The differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.660,3.902, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions Rational and effective care can improve the recovery effect in elderly patients and reduce the incidence of infection and swelling .It is helpful to reduce the nursing risks in nephrology department .
