Abstract:
Objective To study the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway in Massive Cerebral Infarction ( MCI) .Methods Ninety patients with MCI were randomly divided into the control group ( routine nursing ) and experimental group ( clinical nursing pathway ) from January 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital .The limb motor function and ability of daily life were evaluated respectively by Fugl-Myer motor function integral method ( FMA) and Barthel index .The complications and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared .Results Compared with the control group , the scores of FMA and Barthel after nursing intervention the experimental group were (68.5 ±25.0) and (68.2 ±18.4),which were higher than those of the control group with (40.8 ±8.7) and (31.0 ±23.5), the differences were statistically significant (t=4.58,6.37, respectively;P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was significantly different (13.3% vs 44.4%)(χ2 =10.60,P <0.05),while the difference of nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups was statistically significant (95.6%vs 80.0%)(χ2 =5.07,P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical nursing pathway for MCI can significantly increase the clinical efficacy , and reduce the incidence of complications .
