Abstract:
Objective To observe the Orem self-care mode in patients treated with Miccoli endoscopy assisted thyroidectomy .Methods Sixty-four patients treated with Miccoli endoscopy assisted thyroidectomy were randomly divided into control group ( 32 cases ) and observation group ( 32 cases ) , patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care and the observation group was treated with routine nursing care plus Orem self-care mode.Mastering nursing knowledge , actively participating in nursing and the inpatients ’ satisfaction degree of nursing were compared in two groups .Results Rates of mastering nursing knowledge , actively participating in nursing , and satisfaction of nursing in observation group were 84.4%, 75.0%, 93.8%, higher than the control group, the differences were significantly (χ2 =7.273,10.656,9.143, respectively;P<0.01). Conclusions By using Orem self-care mode patients with Miccoli endoscopy assisted thyroidectomy can effectively master nursing knowledge , actively participate in nursing and improve the satisfaction .
