Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of warning signs applied in nursing for children with HFMD and encephalitis .Methods Made the warning signs of uniform , eye catching according with the characteristics of infection department , used the normative warning signs pointedly in the service process of clinical nursing.Then, the incidence of nursing adverse events and satisfaction was observed and compared before and after the warning signs used .Results The incidence of nursing adverse events was decreased from 4.72% to 0.64%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.24,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients was increased from (6.75 ±0.49) to (9.20 ±0.63), and the satisfaction rate of nurses was increased from (66.25 ±8.30) to (74.65 ±10.91),and the differences between them were statistically significant (t=-46.49,-4.060,respectively;P <0.01).Conclusions Application of warning signs enhances the risk awareness of nurse , improves the efficiency of nursing work , promotes harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, makesures the safety of patients .
