Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of Objective Structured Clinical Examination ( OSCE) in the standardized junior nurse training .Methods Designed an OSCE examination system , applied in the training of standardized junior nurse .Then, the outcome of the examination was observed .Results The junior nurses showed good performances on the whole training with the total scores of (83.60 ±6.55), practice score of (22.35 ±1.49) and CPR score of (22.03 ±1.25).And the OSCE was highly approved among the junior nurses.Conclusions The OSCE can be implemented in the assessment of the standardized junior nurse training effectively.It can represent and improve the comprehensive clinical abilities of junior nurses effectively .
