Abstract:
Objective To explore the main psychological stressors of pregnancy women with chronic HBV infection and descript levels of HBV-related stress of them.Methods With convenience sampling, three hundreds and sixty one pregnant women with chronic HBV infection were conducted, which were investigated by general information questionnaire and HBV-Related Psychological Stress Scale of Pregnant Women with Chronic HBV Infection.Results HBV-related stress of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection was in mild to moderate levels and the main stressor was the concern about the health and safety of mother and fetus.In the third trimester pregnant women with chronic HBV infection are more concerned about the health of their own and their husbands'physical and mental health.In the meanwhile, they desire better social acceptance.Conclusions The health care workers should fully and accurately understand the psychological pressure during pregnancy of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection and provide effective interventions based on the characteristics of the pressure to ensure that mother and child health.
