Abstract:
Objective To construct quality evaluation table ( QET) for assessing the effect of ICU nursing quality care objectively.Methods The study utilized Delphi method to construct frame, clause and weight of QET.Results To construct QET included 2 dimensions:evaluation of the content (6 clauses-attendance, daily life of nursing quality, nursing quality of pressure ulcer, collaborative quality, order implementation quality and quality of communicated with families ) and evaluation methods ( 3 clauses-department assessment, inner-team assessment and self-assessment) .After survey, the nursing quality of pressure ulcer and quality of communicated with families achieved relative lower score (88.20 and 87.68).Conclusions Through quantitative research methods,we establish a suitable QET which could provide an objective standard for nursing quality assessment.
