Abstract:
Objective To establish nursing quality standard for parenchyma high explosive injury cured by VSD and discuss its rationality and maneuver ability.This study aimed to provide evidence and testing tools to evaluate nursing quality of VSD cured parenchyma high explosive injury.Methods We utilized theoretical research and clinical investigation,which applied Delphy of expert consultation method (21 experts and 2-rounds questionnaire and consultation) to quantitatively analyze the weight of all index and to establish standard of nursing quality care.Totals of 120 patients with parenchyma high explosive injury cured by VSD were divided into two groups randomly: experimental group ( sixty five cases ) and control group ( fifty five cases ) .The experimental group guided professional nursing and nursing quality assessment by the standard of nursing quality care, while the control group received routine. The difference had been compared on the length of hospitalization, the days of antibiotic utilization and the satisfaction of patients and families.Results The standard of nursing quality included 5 first level indexes and 40 second level indexes.In the experimental group, the length of hospitalization ( 14.90 ±0.60 ) d and the days of antibiotic utilization ( 8.32 ±1.44 ) d, respectively were lower than the control group[(18.90 ±1.30) d and (9.94 ±1.68) d respectively)], the differences were statistically significant (t=18.965,4.538, respectively;P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and families were 96.9%and 98.5%in the experimental group while that of the control group were 83.6%and 89.1%respectively, the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =18.965,4.538, respectively;P<0.05). Conclusions The index system and clauses for different level of nursing quality standard acquired centralized comments from expert, so they have high reliability and provide an objective and quantifiable evidence for VSD cured parenchyma high explosive injury.
