Abstract:
Objective To investigate the sub-health level of nursing students in different clinical practice periods and analyze the influencing factors .Methods The nursing students were recruited from a three-class hospital . They were investigated by questionnaires , including Chinese People Of Sub-Health State Evaluation Scale ( CSHES ) , Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire ( SCSQ ) , Social Support Questionnaire (SSRS), and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ).Results The total score of sub-health level of nursing students in the preliminary stage and the medium stage were (44.52 ±9.39) and (46.56 ±9.15), with an incidence of 34.10%and 32.06%respectively.The sub-health level was positively related to love status , stay up habit, nervousness, and negative response, while negatively related to extroversion-introversion, social support, and positive response in the preliminary stage (P<0.05).The sub-health level was positively related to love status, stay up habit, and nervousness, while negatively related to breakfast times , small intensity of movement, and subjective support in the medium stage (P<0.05).Conclusions In the medium stage, the influencing factors of sub-health level are changed compared with the preliminary stage , but the incidence of sub-health is lower.We should take effective measures in clinical teaching to improve the level of sub-health.
