Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of the systematic nursing intervention in the application of primipara’ s natural childbirth.Methods A randomized controlled trial study design was conducted .360 primipara received periodic check-ups during pregnancy and prepared natural childbirth were selected as the study subjects, and divided into the control group and the intervention group , with 180 cases each.The intervention group received the labor ball in childbirth , full paternity , Lamaze breathing method and systematic health education .The control group received conventional natural childbirth care .The maternal mental state , pain severity , mode of delivery , duration of labor , postpartum hemorrhage , neonatal Apgar score , satisfaction and postpartum recovery indicators were compared between groups .Results In the intervention group , 155 primipara had natural delivery , within which 130 primipara could get out of the bed after 48 hours, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (130,89) (χ2 =26.2,17.89, respectively;P<0.05).The labor period, the volume of postpartum bleeding were (7.6 ±0.5) hours and (160.0 ±30.0) ml in the intervention group, and (9.8 ±0.7) hours and (230.0 ±70.0) ml in the control.There were significant differences between groups (t=3.14,5.60, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the systematic nursing intervention can reduce pain and improve the natural birth rate , shorten labor , reduce postpartum complications , reduce neonatal morbidity and promote post-natal recovery .
