Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of tabular discharge guidance in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods The tabular discharge guidance was made according to the characteristics of the neonatal ward.The nurses received the training , and the rules and work processes were improved before the use of the tabular discharge guidance .One thousand and sixty parents were chosen and divided into the control group ( n=560 ) and the observation group ( n=500 ) .The control group received the oral type discharge guidance , and the observation group received the tabular discharge guidance .The satisfaction and compliance of discharge guidance were compared between two groups .Results The satisfaction of service availability , health education , humanistic care were(4.13 ±0.27),(4.52 ±0.33),(4.56 ±0.34) in the observation group, and were higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t =47.30,27.53,41.74, respectively,P<0.01).The reexamination rate in the observation group , was higher than in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusions Application of tabular discharge guidance in neonatal intensive care unit can improve the satisfaction and compliance of health education in parents.
