Abstract:
Objective To investigate the training needs of different level nurses in Xinjiang private hospitals, so as to provide the theoretical references for private hospital managers to make training strategy . Methods According to different geographical location in Xinjiang , using a stratified random sampling method , questionnaire survey was conducted among 366 nursing staff in private hospitals to compare training needs in different levels nurses .Results Compared with low seniority of nurses , the high seniority of nurses weighted nursing management knowledge more , while weighted nursing basic and specialized knowledge less , the differences were statically significant (F=15.48,17.62,21.58,respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions Training of nursing staff in private hospitals in Xinjiang should be conducted according to the learning needs of different seniority nurses, and to adopt practical and flexible training methods , so that to set up a reasonable talent team for private hospitals.
