Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of application the self-made clinical path table in the induction phase of hemodialysis .Methods A total of 100 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method , with 50 cases each .Patients in the experimental group were evaluated before the treatment , and the nurses took nursing measures according to the specific conditions .The control group was taken the conventional dialysis process .The complication rate , health education pass rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups .Results Sixteen patients and 15 patients in the experimental group had hypotension and disequilibrium syndrome .29 patients and 31 patients in the control group had those complications .The differences were significant (χ2 =6.82 ,10 .256 , respectively;P<0.05).The health education pass rate and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were both 100%, while those in the control group were 84.0%and 96.0%, respectively.The differences were significant (χ2 =8.70,6.38,respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic evaluation of the risk factors on the induction period of hemodialysis and taking specific nursing interventions can reduce patients ’ complication and improve nursing quality and satisfaction .
