Abstract:
Objective To investigate the satisfaction rate of nursing care among patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods A self-designed questionnaire was conducted in 100 patients of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis to survey the satisfaction of nursing care .Results The scores of responsibility , attitude, fundamental nursing care , operation skills and health education of nurses were (4.87 ± 0.11), (4.89 ±0.09), (4.77 ±0.15), (4.86 ±0.25) and (4.66 ±0.21), respectively.There was no significant difference in the influence of the education level and marriage status on the satisfaction of nursing care (F=1.53, 1.79, respectively;P>0.05).However, there were differences in the influence of family income and way of medical expense on the satisfaction of overall nursing care (F=7.02, 8.93, respectively;P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing care was positively related to family income and way of medical expense ( r=0.55, 0.43, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing staff should strengthen their health education for the patients of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis to meet patients ’ demand for medical nursing knowledge , in order to improve patients ’ satisfaction on nursing service .
