Abstract:
Objective To formulate a labor service value evaluation system for nurses in traditional Chinese nursing technique .Methods Through literature review and semi-interview the preliminary index system was established .A two-round expert Delphi study was conducted .A panel of twenty-six experts drawn from the fields of traditional Chinese nursing and traditional Chinese medicine were consulted .All data were collected and analyzed.Results After two rounds of consultations , a labor service value evaluation system for nurses in traditional Chinese nursing technique was built which contained five primary class indexes including the technical difficulty (39.50%), the intensity of labor (19.08%), nursing risk (22.85%), time consumption (9.99%) and technical conditions (8.58%) and eleven secondary indexes (including their weight).Conclusions The evaluation system is scientific and reliable , which could measure the labor value of the traditional Chinese nursing techniques comprehensively and provide a reference for reasonable pricing .
