Abstract:
Objective To explore the related factors of the performance salary under the current scheme for performance distribution and the satisfaction degree of the scheme , then provide the basis for implementing performance distribution reform .Methods Cluster sampling was used , and 379 nurses were investigated by a questionnaire designed by the researchers .Results The performance salary level was associated with length of service and positional titles(r=0.220,0.305,respectively;P<0.01).The satisfaction degree was at medium level and 52.3%nurses were satisfied .More than half of the nurses thought the current distribution is not fully reflecting differences of the workload and work quality .46.7% nurses were admitted the necessity of reform . Conclusions The current performance distribution is imperfect , it is imperative to reform of the distribution ,to explore and establish a scientific and reasonable performance distribution system , which is based on work load , quality of work , technical difficulties and liability risk .
