Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of the whole course nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications in patients with colonic surgery .Methods Seventy patients with colonic surgery were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, each with 35 cases.The control group received the routine nursing after the operation , and the observation group received the whole course nursing intervention .The clinical efficacy and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed in two groups .Results The total effective rate of treatment was 88.57%in the observation group, and was better than 65.71% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.185 2, P <0.05 ).The incidence rate of postoperative complications was 17.14%in the observation group, and was lower than 31.43% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.480 0,P <0.05).Conclusions The whole course nursing intervention in patients with colonic surgery can effectively improve the clinical efficacy , and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications , and improve the prognosis , and accelerate the speed of rehabilitation , and improve the patients ’ quality of life .
