Abstract:
The development of nursing service is the practical problem carrying out the medical and health reform and concerning people ’ s livelihood .Facing the serious shortage of hospital nurses , the lack of access system for nurse aid and the low quality of the nurse aid , we studied and borrowed the nurse aid industry’s ideas, access system and experiences of training assessment in developed countries .Combined with the status quo of nurse aid industry in Beijing , we clarified the comprehensive visions of the development of nurse aid management system in Beijing .It is important to enhance the management of nurse aid industry in Beijing and also find a new way for labor force transformation in the process of urbanization in China .
