Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of the application of laparoscopic surgery layout in improving the quality of operative cooperation.Methods Making the surgical layout for all the laparoscopic surgery cases,comparing the time of preoperative preparation and surgical doctors' satisfaction before and after applying laparoscopic surgery layout.Results After using the laparoscopic surgery layout,the doctors' satisfaction rate increased from 87％ to 96％.The satisfaction rate of environment increased from 86％ to 97％.The satisfaction rate of specialty surgery cooperation increased from 88％ to 96％.Besides,the application of laparoscopic surgery layout significantly shortened the preoperative preparation time.The differences between groups were significant (x2 =2.84,4.27,3.30,respectively; t =3.14,6.57,2.58,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The application of laparoscopic surgery layout can increase working efficiency and service competence,and it is worthy of popularizing.
