Abstract:
Objective To understand the situation of undergraduate nursing students ’ learning burnout.Methods One thousand and ninety two undergraduate nursing students were included in this study of their learning burnout , and SPSS 15.0 was used for the T and F test of the data .Results There were 314 cases of learning burnout , accounting for 28.75%, in which 165 ( 15.11%) had mild learning burnout , 79 (7.23%) had moderate learning burnout and 70 (6.41%) had severe learning burnout .The average score of depression, improper behavior, low sense of accomplishment and learning burnout was respectively (2.42 ± 0.57), (2.54 ±0.24), (2.97 ±0.83) and (2.26 ±0.71).Conclusions Learning burnout of nursing students in depression , misconduct and low sense of accomplishment was influenced by gender , race, grade, origin and number of children in the family .
