Abstract:
Objective To explore the influential factors on the medication compliance of patients with cancer pain, so as to provide the basis for improving the medication compliance .Methods Thirteen patients with cancer pain were surveyed by the semi-structured interview , and the data were analyzed by the Colaizzi phenomenological analysis .Results The influential factors on the medication compliance of patients with cancer pain were classified into three themes through interviews:the patient's own factors;the effect of social and family support system;and the effect of support factors on health information needs .Conclusions We should strengthen targeted health education and psychological nursing , and bring the family and social support systems into full play, and establish a good nurse-patient relationship , and pay attention to health information demands of patients in order to improve medication compliance of patients with cancer pain .
