Abstract:
Objective To understood the real experience and demand for using the biological agents in outpatient in order to improve the compliance of treatment in patients and provide the basis for the management of biological agents in the outpatient service.Methods Ten outpatients who were using the biological agents received in-depth interviews,and the data were analyzed by the phenomenological analysis.Results Five main structure concept were extracted from the real experience and demand during the use of biological agents,and were respectively the lack of related knowledge of biological agents' infection,the differences in knowledge requirements,the large psychological pressure,the positive and negative effects and the heavy economic burden.Conclusions The patient education should be strengthened during the biological treatment of outpatient service,and the adverse reactions should be right faced.The patients should realize the significance of long-term adherence to treatment and eliminate the negative psychological.At the same time,we should call for the care and support of society in order to improve the compliance of treatment and quality of life of patients.
