Abstract:
Objective To observe adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction in patients with chronic hepatitis B at different time points of first injection of interferon. Methods Ninety patients were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 45 cases. The observation group received the first injection at 8:00 pm,and the control group received the first injection at 8:00 am The time duration of fever, the fever associated with significant discomfort symptoms and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups. Results The time duration of fever was (5.2 ± 1.1) h in the observation group, and was (7.9 ± 1.4) h in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t =7.389,P < 0.05).The peak temperature was (37.9 ± 0.2) ℃ in the observation group, and was (38.4 ± 0.4) ℃ in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t =5.276,P < 0.05).The incidence rates of headache and dizziness, muscle pain and dyspnea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions The first injection of interferon at 8:00 pm can effectively relieve the symptoms of fever, alleviate the fever associated with discomfort symptoms, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
